JFK and the Warren Report Part 2.

Warren Report 2In the days and weeks following the first Kennedy assassination, conspiracy theories sprouted like mushrooms after a rain. Fueled by the horrifying images from the home-movie of Abraham Zapruder, most found it hard to believe that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone, and read much into the obvious ease with which Jack Ruby was able to kill Oswald before a trial could commence. In response to the outcry of those seeking to pin the murder of a President on Right wing fanatics, Cubans, Russians or even the Mafia, new President Lyndon B. Johnson formed the Warren Commission to investigate all aspects of the terrible crime. The commission, named after its head, Supreme Court Justice Earl Warren, spent ten months interviewing hundreds of witnesses before releasing the final report, an epic tome that totaled nearly 1000 pages in length. tomorrowpictures.TV is proud to present this 1964 CBS News report, hosted by Walter Cronkite, which attempts to shed light on the findings of the Warren Commission.  Watch Part 3!
